It may be a one off clean for a Cloudy, Dirty or Green pool, or Routine Service visits to maintain crystal clear water all year round, as well as maintaining equipment as required.
There is a Holiday Service which is affordable for those leaving their pool unattended for any period of time.
We can also upgrade or supply new equipment which may have seen the end of it’s time.
For new Pool Owners, we can offer Care and Maintenance Advice.

General Pool Cleaning
Call us for a quote to clean your pool which may be dirty with dirt, leaves etc.
It can be just a full vacuum and clean up, or if the water is dirty brown from a weather event.
We will do a thorough clean of the pool itself as well as the pump and filter.
Chemicals are included in the treatment (if required) to get your pool sparkling again.
If you find you don’t have time to keep up with the cleaning aspect of your pool, talk to us about how we can help with regular cleaning.

Green Pool Revival
A Green Pool is a pool owners’ worst nightmare.
Call us for a quote to Revive your pool which may have unfortunately turned Green.
It may be anything from Light Green, usually the start of an algae bloom, to a Heavy Green, which is thick algae on the pool surface and dark green water.
We will apply treatment chemicals as required and perform a very thorough clean of the pool and equipment to eradicate all Algae.
To finish, we will chemically balance your water and get your water back on track and sparkling again.
The pool below was cleaned and sparkling again within 48 hours.
Standard Pool Service/ Maintenance
The below service visit can be for a single visit or alternatively, routinely throughout the year.
Tasks undertaken on a Standard Service visit include:
- Pool Inspection
- Equipment Inspection
- Extensive Water Test
(up to 10 parameters) - Skimmer & Pump Filter Basket Clean
- Sand Filter Back wash
- Salt Cell Clean
- Steps & Walls Brushed
- Floor Spot Vacuumed *
- Surface Netted
- Water Balanced**

* There will be a surcharge if the floor of the pool requires a Full Vacuum.
** We include minor chemical amounts required to slightly adjust the PH if required. Any other chemicals required for maintaining ideal Water Balance will incur a surcharge, or alternatively we can dose the pool with your chemicals.
Routine Maintenance
A Routine Maintenance Service will save you TIME, and in most cases, MONEY.
The tasks are the same as the Standard Service.
Monthly visits are the most common time span if have a little time yourself to ‘keep an eye’ on your pool in between our visits.
For more regular intervals, we can visit fortnightly and even weekly. Call us to discuss your needs and we will explain how these visits differ slightly.
Holiday Maintenance
A Holiday Maintenance program is perfect for peace of mind whilst away. We visit Weekly for an agreed period of time whilst you are away.
Example: Week 1 will be a Standard Service visit and weeks 2 and/ or 3 and/ or 4 will comprise of the Weekly visits with reduced number of tasks. This pattern repeats accordingly depending on length of time away.
We will also maintain the water level as required which may be lost from evaporation.
- This same program may be suitable if you are selling your house and need the pool looking great for potential buyers during the selling campaign.
Pool Health Check
We offer a Pool Health Check Service to give you some idea how you are tracking with maintaining your pool yourself.
We will test and inspect the following:
- Extensive Water Test
(up to 10 parameters) - Pool Surface Inspection
- Equipment Inspection
We will provide feedback accordingly to help you stay on track.
Troubleshoot Issues
We can help with any issues that you may have. Anything from faulty equipment to a chemical imbalance can stop your pool from looking great. And it won’t take long to go from bad to worse if it continues and not rectified.
A simple Call Out and we can diagnose the issue and get your pool back on track again.
Pool Care Treatments
We offer specific Pool Care Treatments to help with anything related to keeping your pool in perfect condition.
This may be something that has happened over time and may not necessarily affect the water quality or normal function of the pool, and can be any of the following:
- Metal Rust Stains
- Organic Stains
- Calcium Scale build up (shown below on tiles)
Equipment Service / Repair
We can quote to service/ repair or replace any equipment related components as required.
It may be wear and tear items like O Rings, Baskets, Drain Covers and Salt Cells.
Or longer term items such as pumps, filters and chlorinators that have seen the end of their time.
Care & Maintenance Advice
We provide a service to pool owners who may require Care and Maintenance advice.
Approx. 2 hour appointment with an 85 point check list that covers everything about your pool, equipment, water chemistry, cleaning etc.
This is especially popular with new pool owners once the builder has handed over, as well as those who have purchased a home with a pool, and may find the job of pool maintenance daunting.
We believe you will be confident knowing how to maintain your pool yourself, after learning all aspects of this advice.
